OFSTED

Here is our most recent Ofsted report.

We are pleased with this report and feel that it fairly reflects the school and its work. The HMI who conducted the inspection offered us valuable insights, which will be used to secure further improvements. The adjustments necessary to address the issues she raised are very straightforward and easily implemented. All key issues from the last  inspection have been addressed and relevant improvements made.

The aspect of this report which pleases us most is the recognition that this school is a happy and purposeful place, in which children enjoy their education, are challenged and progress well from their various starting points.

This was an ungraded inspection and cannot change the school's grading (as is explained on page three of the report). When comparing schools not only the grading, but the date upon which it was written, should be considered.. This is because Ofsted regularly revise their framework and expectations and two inspection reports may reflect very different criteria as frameworks change. The key to understanding a school from its report is to look at the detail within it and we are delighted by the many positives in this one!

I would like to thank all staff, pupils, parents and governors whose hard work, dedication and engagement contribute to the success of our learning community.
